Meet Georgi

Georgi Crowell, MPH, IBCLC

She/Her/Hers

Georgi has been supporting new parents since 2019, then became certified as an IBCLC in 2023.

Born in Austin, she is passionate about supporting families in a city that she loves as they navigate parenthood and make informed decisions about infant feeding. Georgi has a Master’s Degree in Public Health and as a maternal and infant health advocate, she values health equity and evidence-based care.

Her favorite part of being an IBCLC is watching new parents become confident and secure in how they decide to feed their baby. She has experience supporting families in the outpatient setting, perinatal units, and Level 3 NICU. She also has specialized training in assessing for tethered oral ties and bottle refusal.

Georgi previously served on the board of the Central Texas Breastfeeding Coalition. She is also an American Red Cross Certified CPR and First Aid Instructor. In her spare time (what is that?), you can find her running after her 7 year old and toddler, enjoying a movie with her partner, cooking and dancing (usually simultaneously), and improving her proficiency in Spanish.
